We’re looking for fantastic colleagues to help us be the best at putting convenient veg on every plate.

Our company is built on people. We’re a family, and investing in our people is fundamental to our success. We go beyond expectations to ensure we recruit, retain, reward and develop the most engaged people in the industry.

We can offer a fresh start in a great place, working in one of the most modern facilities in the area.

Purpose of the role

Think of this role as the backbone of our Engineering team. As our Engineering Admin Support Super‑Star, you’ll work alongside our Engineering Administrator to keep budgets in check, parts where they should be, paperwork under control and plans firmly on track. You’ll be the organiser, the checker, the quiet problem‑solver who keeps everything flowing smoothly behind the scenes. From budgets and stock to suppliers and maintenance plans, you’ll help make sure our engineers can focus on fixing, improving and maintaining – because you’ve got the admin covered.

You’ll work closely with our Engineering Administrator, with key tasks and responsibilities shared between you to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

📦 Stock Controller Chief – You’ll keep stock and parts under control – tracking what we’ve got, raising purchase orders, matching deliveries and carrying out regular stock checks so nothing goes missing on your watch.

📋 Maintenance Coordinator – You’ll support the Reliability Engineer with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) admin, keeping technical information up to date and ensuring engineering paperwork is organised, accurate and easy to find.

🤝 Supplier & Contractor Champion – You’ll be the friendly point of contact with suppliers and contractors – building strong relationships, chasing outstanding orders, checking goods on arrival and keeping supplier records tidy and up to date.

💷 Budget Buddy – You’ll help keep engineering spend on track by updating budget spreadsheets, supporting finance audits and making sure quotes, approvals and purchases are all signed off properly.

🧰 General Admin Hero – From ordering PPE and updating databases to supporting KPI tracking and the occasional reception cover, you’ll jump in where needed and help spot smarter ways of doing things across the department.

Your mission? Stay organised, think ahead and help keep our Engineering team running like a well‑oiled machine.
