We’re on the hunt for a Quality Manager who’s ready to take the reins and keep our standards sky-high. What you’ll be doing:

  • Craft and maintain quality policies that keep us compliant with HACCP and all the big industry standards.
  • Run audits and inspections like a pro – spotting opportunities to make things even better.
  • Dive into data, uncover trends, and turn insights into action.
  • Work hand-in-hand with production teams to champion best practices and train the crew.
  • Investigate any hiccups, fix them fast, and make sure they don’t happen again.
  • Share your findings with senior management and help steer improvements.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with the latest in quality management trends.

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid experience in quality assurance – bonus points if it’s in food manufacturing.
  • HACCP know-how and a track record of implementing food safety systems.
  • A passion for people and collaboration in line with our values to achieve results
  • A data-savvy mind that loves turning numbers into solutions.
  • A knack for keeping things on track and making sure deadlines don’t slip
  • Top-notch communication skills – you’ll be working across teams.
