Introducing the role of a Training Coordinator – the ultimate position for someone who is passionate about training and development. As a Training Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) on our L&D platform with AI technology and ensuring all  operational training modules are completed

To excel in the role of a Training Coordinator, you will need a specific set of skills and qualities. These include:

  1. Excellent range of experience using media platforms (video, editing)
  2. Both creative and analytic approach to content creation to satisfy audit compliance and engaging our colleagues
  3. Extroverted and energetic approach
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work well with people from diverse backgrounds.
  5. Proficiency in another language: As a Training Coordinator, you may work with participants who speak different languages. Being proficient in another language, such as Russian or Lithuanian, can be a significant asset in this role.
  6. Attention to detail: You must be able to pay attention to small details and ensure that all aspects of the training program are executed to the highest standards.
  7. Flexibility and adaptability: You must be able to adapt to changing circumstances and be able to work under pressure. This requires flexibility and the ability to think on your feet.
  8. Working in a factory environment
