My role is Hygiene Manager, which means I’m responsible for ensuring the entire factory is cleaned from top to bottom every night, and the development of the cleaning processes and the equipment used.
My main focus is to maintain and improve the hygiene standards within the factory. I keep track of the hygiene schedules, reviewing them and recommending improvements so everything is completed on time. I’ll also review and improve hygiene best practice on site.
There’s lots I like about my job, but especially seeing colleagues growing together and succeeding in their job roles. Working at fenmarc, you know everybody will be listened to and looked after, and given all the training they need to succeed.
Outside of work I love being active, with basketball and cycling at the top of my list!
