As our Commercial Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving growth, profitability and long-term customer partnerships. You’ll take ownership of key accounts, building trusted relationships that deliver value for both our customers and our business.

what you’ll be doing

As our Commercial Manager, you’ll be at the heart of building strong, long-lasting relationships with key retail customers, helping to drive growth, profitability, and exceptional service. You’ll use customer, market, and performance insights to identify opportunities, shape commercial strategies, and deliver successful new product and category initiatives.

you’ll have

• In terms of qualifications, ideally, you’ll be educated to degree level or something similar.
• However, if you’ve got plenty of relevant FMCG Chilled experience, Financial acumen – good understanding of P&L and various levers / drivers of performance with experience of leading on a P&L then we’d still love to hear from you
• Along with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships, take ownership of problems by analysis of facts to discover truths, objectively evaluating options and recommending solutions, Problem solving and analysis, tenacity and can-do attitude with high levels of personal organisation and attention to detail, able to adapt and manage a fluid list of priorities this may well be the role for you
• Are you a master in excel aiding analysis and a proven track records with a fundamental understanding of selling and negotiation…
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to express ideas and points of view in a clear, well structured, concise manner along with an eager desire to constantly improve
• Finally, you’ll be committed to personal development and progression.
