what you’ll be doing

Responsible for organising Agency Colleagues, ensuring they follow all current and relevant procedures, H&S and compliance within food or company standards. Maintain and ensure administration paperwork is current and fit for audit.

  • Completing the Fenmarc site induction. Showing all new agency Colleagues onto the premises, ensuring understanding of the different areas.
  • Ensuring all relevant timesheets completed, signed by colleagues and hours totalled. Checked and signed by the management, any queries dealt with and on completion returned to the required Agency office.
  • Ensure Agency & Fenmarc colleagues against trained off against SOP`s to the required positions, ensuring understanding and paperwork is completed and authorised
  • Regularly check and maintain the skills matrix
  • Record training in shift training records
  • Highlight any concerns relating to the input of daily data
  • Assist with the training log for each agency Colleague
  • Liaise with shift leadership to identify colleague training needs
  • Managing agency Colleagues on arrival to site. Check they have all signed in and out of the premises before and at the end of the shift.
  • Order Levels – ensure agency is providing the required number of agency Colleagues for the specific jobs.
  • Closely liaising with the agency regarding agency Colleague absence and ordering replacements
  • Organise with the Shift Leaders the night and next day needs for each shift and confirm with the agency Colleague and agency.
  • Inputting data for staffing levels, stock and/ or performance levels
  • Ensure agency colleagues wear correct PPE and protective clothing at all times
  • Enter Shift Performance data as detailed by the Shift Leader or Area Leader and inform of any anomalies.
  • Complete machine audits and ensure corrective actions are completed in a timely manner
  • Ensure daily operational plans are communicated to the team

Ideal Candidate –

  • Awareness of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety
  • Knowledge of a fast-paced factory environment & Microsoft packages
  • Computer literate with good organisation and people skills from experience working in large teams
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Experience with database input, timesheet control, and admin duties
  • Energetic with a can-do approach that is reliable, self-motivated, trustworthy and honest
  • Multiple spoken languages
